Windows - Check Which Edition You Have

First, look at the bottom left of your screen and find the Windows icon. It will look like one of the two images below.

These images show the default style for Windows 10 (first image) and Windows 11 (second image). If your Windows icon matches either of those, you have that edition of Windows unless you have changed your theme or made other modifications to the appearance of your computer.

To confirm which edition you have, follow the instructions below.

Click the Windows icon, then click Settings.

Click System, then scroll down if necessary and click About.

Or...

Find your edition name under Windows specifications.

Or...
