Voicemail - Change Options Gain Access to Voicemail From your desk phone, press the Voicemail button. Enter your current PIN then #, when prompted, to gain access to voicemail. From elsewhere, call your county phone number. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press *. You will be prompted for your ID, which is the last four digits of your phone number, enter it then press #. You will then be prompted for your PIN, enter it and press #.
